We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Operations Assistant to join our Operations team at the DCS Group (UK) Ltd.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and operations functions, working closely with our Facilities Team Leader and other teams to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all relevant safety, health, and environmental practices.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks according to the agreed schedule, documenting results, and reporting any anomalies.
- Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to breakdown conditions, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick recovery.
- Fleet Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the DCS fleet, ensuring vehicles are in roadworthy condition.
- Equipment Inspection and Repair: Conduct inspections, complete repairs, and troubleshoot equipment, reporting findings and solutions.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have English & Maths GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent qualifications. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, allowing you to grow and progress in your career.
