About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Leader to join our team at ZipRecruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering project strategies, executing technical projects, and managing redundant asset initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and coordinating the execution of capital investment and technical projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications, deadlines, and budgets while achieving project goals and adhering to safety, environmental, health, and quality standards.
  • Leading the team in the professional development, design, and execution of projects for production facility extension, modification, and optimization.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering with Chartership or a Master's in Engineering. They must demonstrate extensive industry experience, highlighting Major Project Expertise and CDM.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of £57,000 - £76,000 per annum, including employer pension contribution up to 11% and other benefits package details available upon request.
