About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nights Front Office Agent to join our exceptional Front Office Team at the Coldra Court Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Utilize hotel systems to manage guest arrivals and departures
- Provide knowledge of The Celtic Collection and its services to guests
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
