About the Job:

Join us at Autism Unlimited as a Community Inclusion Worker, supporting two wonderful gentlemen in the Muscliffe area.

This role is ideal for individuals experienced in supporting people with Autism or Complex Care, particularly those requiring 2:1 support.

We use alternative communication methods like PECs boards, signalong, or repeating specific phrases to help our team members communicate effectively.

In this position, you will work closely with Mike, who has limited vocabulary and repeats certain phrases.

Mike enjoys engaging in various activities such as spending time in the garden, using his sensory room, and going on walks, cycling, and having BBQs.

Your key responsibilities include promoting independence, maintaining accurate records, and following individual support plans.
