Key Responsibilities:

As an Infrastructure Project Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing change processes on a high-profile infrastructure project in Birmingham. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on project changes, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets.
  • Working closely with commercial managers and project teams to ensure effective contract administration.
  • Providing detailed analysis and recommendations on the impacts of changes to the project management team.
  • Offering support and guidance on cost estimates, forecasts, and valuations for all change-related matters.
  • Managing client and stakeholder expectations professionally throughout all stages of the project.

To achieve this, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong expertise in change management, including cost control and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to provide clear, concise recommendations.
