We are seeking a Community Engagement Assistant to join our team at IW Volunteer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in engaging with visitors and promoting the work of IW Volunteer.

Your responsibilities will include being perceptive and understanding of visitors' needs, directing them to donate, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are able to work independently, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Community Engagement Assistant, you will work closely with our team of volunteers to ensure that all visitors receive a warm welcome and are directed to make the most of their visit. The estimated salary for this role is £9-10 per hour, depending on experience.
