Operational Excellence Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the Fulfillment Center. Reporting directly to the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, this individual supports the implementation of new and improved structures, processes, and activities. Key responsibilities include managing the Fulfillment Center improvement plan, developing a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to Kaizen activities both locally and EU-wide.
Key Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience while minimizing costs.
- Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, promoting lean thinking and best practices.
- Collaborate with EU teams to drive process excellence and standardize processes across teams.
- Support the Fulfillment Center implementation agenda and prioritize process improvement activities.
- Take ownership of the LSC and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Standardize processes and share best practices with EU Process Owners.
- Liaise between FC and EU to drive cross-FC process excellence and maintain strong relationships.
A Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Logistics is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution and/or fulfillment processes, ideally in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, or production environment. In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical application is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in change management and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable. Demonstrable training and dissemination skills are also a plus.
