About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Social Care Policy Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the line management of the onsite clinical team, coordinating their efforts to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex needs.
  • Hold a therapy caseload with the support of our well-established clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation, ensuring the integration of our service policies and procedures in the day-to-day running of each provision.
  • Deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting the needs of our adults, in line with set Education, Health Plan (EHCP).

Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-professional team.
