Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced School Support Staff to join our team at a specialist school in Ealing, supporting pupils with Autism and learning difficulties.

This is a full-time contract position available across both primary and secondary settings, offering excellent career development opportunities as the school expands. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to pupils with autism and learning difficulties, assisting with learning activities in the classroom and therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with autism and learning difficulties
  • Assist with learning activities in the classroom and therapy sessions
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve student goals

Requirements:
- Experience working with pupils with autism and learning difficulties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
