About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administration support to internal and external clients, with a focus on technical expertise and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including process and system knowledge.
  • Monitor team activity and coordinate workload to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Produce and analyze reports as required for internal and external clients.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge documents and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Contribute to team and individual targets, including KPIs and SLAs.
