Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring all tasks meet deadlines, confidentiality, and high standards.
- Provide full administrative support, including processing documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining colleague records.
- Support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews, posting jobs, managing documentation, and maintaining the recruitment system.
- Respond to colleague queries and provide relevant information, ensuring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage internal reporting and company lists, meeting required deadlines, and conduct monthly internal compliance audits.
- Handle calls and manage internal and external queries, providing a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Provide administrative support for the HR system, including managing the internal training platform and handling monthly reporting.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is desirable, with previous experience within Administration.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, mail merge), and excellent problem-solving, organisational, and planning skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a quality-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to strict deadlines.
