Job Title: People Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our dynamic team at Plus One Recruitment. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Document Management: Ensure that all HR documents are accessible and compliant with our company policies.
  • Benefit Administration: Oversee benefit administration tasks, including enrolment, changes, and employee communication.
  • Onboarding Process: Support the onboarding process, processing new starters and creating contracts.
  • HR Communications: Assist with contract amendments and other HR communications.
  • Employee Training: Coordinate employee training programs.
  • HR System Support: Provide HR system support and training to users.
  • Email Inquiries: Monitor and respond to People Team email inquiries.
  • HR Data Management: Administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting: Generate and deliver reports for team and governance purposes.
  • HR Dashboards: Develop and optimize HR dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee HR inquiries, offering support and guidance.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and communication channels.

  • HR Experience: Strong interest in HR career development.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Confidentiality: Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proactivity: Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
Additional Information:
  • This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm with hybrid working available (4 days in the office and 1 from home).
  • We offer a 6% Company pension contribution (5% contribution from you).

  • 28 days Annual Leave throughout the year, plus an additional 3 days Annual Leave in the December holiday period, when the company shuts down (plus statutory holidays).
