Our Team

We are seeking an excellent Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be working alongside an experienced group of managers who will be able to mentor and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
