Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a confident and experienced part time Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Manage the front desk and reception area
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Process guest arrivals and departures
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any issues

Requirements:

  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Can-do attitude
  • Team player who communicates well with colleagues
