About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at NEXT. In this role, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store management team across all product areas and assist with the running of the store when needed.
- Manage a team to deliver amazing service, accurate stock processes and meet commercial and operational targets.
- Create an atmosphere where team members feel supported, motivated and inspired to be at their best.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, working alongside the team.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate communication at all times to meet business needs.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be passionate about our customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating others to create a great working atmosphere and team spirit.
- Have exceptional commercial understanding, creating a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

- Be a great communicator and work naturally with people at all levels, staying calm and approachable even under pressure.
- Be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, make sound business decisions and confidently challenge processes.
- Be confident when dealing with people issues.
- Be an effective multi-tasker, planning, organizing and prioritizing your workload.
