About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at NEXT. In this role, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store management team across all product areas and assist with the running of the store when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver amazing service, accurate stock processes and meet commercial and operational targets.
  • Create an atmosphere where team members feel supported, motivated and inspired to be at their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, working alongside the team.
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate communication at all times to meet business needs.

  • Have exceptional commercial understanding, creating a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

  • Be an effective multi-tasker, planning, organizing and prioritizing your workload.
