Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Kainos as a business by building a rich pipeline of opportunities across your sector/region.
  • Provide business development leadership by developing sector/region specific prospect and account plans.
  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers by applying a consultative selling approach.
  • Negotiate and manage senior stakeholders to achieve expected outcomes for Kainos.
  • Build and develop strategic partnerships to position Kainos as the go-to partner.

Minimum Requirements

  • Expertise in business development process and deal commercials.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Broad technology experience and awareness of technology trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital services concepts and our markets.

Desirable

  • Experience delivering and/or selling digital services of scale and complexity.
  • Appreciation and knowledge of technology delivery, agile methodologies, etc.
