About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ward Manager to lead our Rehabilitation and Recovery unit at Nelson House. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care, patient care, and the clinical environment.

You will work closely with our Director of Clinical Services and two deputy ward managers to ensure the smooth operation of the wards. Your duties will include managing staffing, rota management, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be required to participate in the on-call rota and contribute to the development of our team through leadership and management development opportunities.
