Senior Platform Manager - IT Service Delivery

This is a critical leadership role reporting to the Head of Application Operations governing the delivery of IT application and business services to customers. The Senior Platform Manager will be accountable for assuring the operational management and end-to-end service delivery of all applications delivered by internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Working with leaders across the wider CTO/CIO domain, the role will achieve the highest levels of service excellence for Virgin Media O2 customers. We are looking for a candidate with a technical background comprising both infrastructure and applications, with proven ability leading teams of 10-20. Experience and understanding of telecoms retail operations would be highly advantageous.
