Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our nursing home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nursing and care staff, engaging with service users to understand their needs, and promoting ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in the development, agreement, and evaluation of care plans.
About the Role- Registered Nurse: We require a Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
- Senior Nursing or Management Experience: Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role is essential.
- CQC Standards and Healthcare Regulations: A strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations is necessary.
- Relationship Building: The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors is critical.
- Leadership and Team Management: Assist the Nurse Manager in leading and managing the nursing and care staff.
- Care Delivery: Engage with service users to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of outstanding care services.
- Compliance and Safeguarding: Identify referral pathways for safeguarding adult abuse and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive working relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors.
- Person-Centred Care: Promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in the development, agreement, and evaluation of care plans.
- Salary: £50,000 per annum.
