Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Red Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Redditch Branch, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and increase our client base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  3. Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels, including social media and recruitment events.
  4. Coordinate and fill bookings in a timely manner to meet client demands.
  5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and background checks to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.
  6. Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall service.
  8. Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability.
Requirements:
  1. 2 years of experience in recruitment is required.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  6. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet business demands.
