Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team at Red Recruitment Group. As a 360/Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple sectors, while maintaining a strong pipeline.

You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients' management teams to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Your role will involve attracting candidates through various channels, including advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns, as well as attending recruitment events to register potential candidates.

You will manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Your goal will be to coordinate and fill all bookings in a timely manner, ensuring that staffing levels meet clients' demands.

You will conduct candidate assessments, background, and license checks to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations. Additionally, you will provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to optimize recruitment strategies and enhance overall service. You will demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability, including occasional out-of-hours work.

Requirements:
  1. 2 years of previous experience in recruitment is required.
  2. A strong understanding of recruitment operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  6. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to meet business demands.
