Senior Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Redditch Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Coordinate and fill bookings in a timely manner
  • Conduct candidate assessments and background checks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations and industry-specific requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
