Rural Surveying Professional

We are seeking a qualified rural surveyor to join our team in Sedgefield, North East England.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have at least 1 – 5 years' experience within the rural surveying industry and possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages, digital mapping systems, RICS membership, and preferably CAAV fellowship.
Responsibilities include undertaking a wide range of work including valuation, utilities, grants and subsidies, property sales and lettings, landlord and tenant, renewables and development.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. The successful applicant will work alongside other qualified surveyors in the Sedgefield office and wider company team.
