Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes. You will also be responsible for monitoring the construction process to ensure that it proceeds according to plan and budget. Additionally, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues and develop solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in building surveying, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree in building surveying or a related field is required, and relevant certifications such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification would be highly beneficial.
