Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rural Surveyor to join our team in the North East of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on rural surveying projects, including valuation, utilities, grants and subsidies, property sales and lettings, landlord and tenant, renewables and development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years' experience within the rural surveying industry and possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office packages, digital mapping systems, and RICS membership. A Fellow of CAAV would also be an advantage.
