Special Needs Teaching Assistant in Ealing

We are seeking an experienced and qualified teaching assistant to support 2 children with additional needs in a 3 form entry primary school in the heart of Ealing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of SEND principles.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated support to 2 children with additional needs
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other members of staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working in special educational needs (SEN)
- Qualifications relevant to teaching or supporting children with SEND
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
- A competitive rate of pay (£500 per week) plus holiday pay
