About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified teaching assistant to support 2 children with additional needs in a 3 form entry primary school in the heart of Ealing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of SEND principles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide dedicated support to 2 children with additional needs
  2. Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other members of staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children
  3. Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Experience working in special educational needs (SEN)
  • Qualifications relevant to teaching or supporting children with SEND
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
