Job Description

In this role, you will conduct a major review of gender and occupational segregation in apprenticeships in Scotland, examining horizontal and vertical segregation within the apprenticeship system. You will also examine the causes, nature, and consequences of gender segregation across occupations in the wider economy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from various sources
  • Developing and implementing innovative methods for data analysis
  • Collaborating with policymakers and practitioners to ensure effective implementation of findings
