Job Summary

The Clinical Territory Associate will play a critical role in developing and executing surgical robotics programs across assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support to surgical teams, including guidance on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Lead product demonstrations and in-services to educate customers on the benefits of our technology.
  • Contribute to sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers through product demonstrations, in-services, and customer support trainings.
  • Support regional sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, expense tracking, and online module completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience or 1 year leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and local language as required.
  • Ambition and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
