Job SummaryThe Clinical Territory Associate will play a critical role in developing surgical robotics programs in assigned territories, working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain a deep understanding of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects.
During the first year, the CTA will focus on technical and clinical aspects, while in the second year, they will progress to focus on sales activities. This role requires high commitment and offers opportunities to support regional growth by maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Case Support: Provide guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Product Demonstrations/In-Services: Lead technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Selling Activities: Contribute to Clinical Sales Manager team quarterly sales goals by influencing behavior change in customers through product demonstrations, in-services, and customer support trainings.
- Customer Support: Support and coordinate regional sales and marketing development events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including reporting, expense reports, and ISU on-line modules.
