This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role that offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including hybrid working (2-3 days office and WFH), occasional travel to Leatherhead, and opportunities for professional development.

**Job Responsibilities**
As a Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple contracts. This includes acting as the initial point of contact for customer queries, logging and triaging issues, and escalating as required. You will also contribute to the development of our team, taking ownership of your performance and actively seeking opportunities for improvement and development.

**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with strong IT skills, experience supporting bespoke business software packages, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with ITIL practices, JIRA Support Desk, and CAFM systems like Concept Evolution is a plus. Experience with SharePoint, SQL, and integration of complimentary IT tools is also desirable. You should have a strong understanding of IT system support principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
