We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead a large-scale civil engineering project in Southam, Warwickshire.
The project involves the construction of a civils/earthworks and concrete package on a major development, which includes the installation of drainage and sewage systems.
The project will be divided into two phases: the first phase will last 13 weeks, followed by an additional 25 weeks, with further work planned in the area after project completion.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing similar projects and holding a Temporary Works Coordinator Ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
