About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collections and Network Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of mail and parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and lorries, to transport mail and parcels
  • Sort and process mail and parcels at our delivery offices
  • Interact with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
