Collections and Network Driver

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Collections and Network Driver. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and parcels across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Check post-boxes and collect mail from post offices and business customers
- Sort and process mailbags to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
