Collections and Network Driver

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Collections and Network Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers across Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Check post-boxes and collect mail from post offices
- Visit business customers at prearranged times to collect mail
- Sort and deliver mailbags to ensure each piece reaches the right place at the right time
About You
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, self-motivated, and has a strong sense of community. You should be happy to walk for long periods and work in all weather conditions. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, overtime at 1.25x the normal rate, and 22.5 days holiday (pro-rata). We also offer a contributory pension scheme, full uniform, and excellent parental leave policy.
