We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Crewe-based digital agency in a hybrid Account/Project Manager role.

This role will involve managing a portfolio of web and software builds for a diverse range of clients, coordinating the delivery of new web and software projects, and focusing on retaining customers for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan project timelines, schedule internal resources, and ensure they have the necessary information and support to work effectively.
  • Understand client needs and adapt communication style and project plans accordingly.
  • Track project costs to ensure they remain within initial estimates.
  • Hold scrums with internal development and testing resources to ensure priorities are clear.
  • Hold update calls with clients to advise on task progress.
  • Keep internal resources updated on project progress, raising concerns and providing ideas to resolve issues.
  • Maximize account revenue by spotting opportunities for further design and development work.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager within a Software house or Digital agency.
