Job Description
The National Sales Manager for Roofing Materials will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence within the UK market. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure optimal performance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with national merchants, independent merchants, and builders' merchants
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and performance-related bonuses.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
