About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a passionate team of recruitment consultants, driving long-term campaigns, and ensuring productivity while maintaining a positive working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a recruitment or sales role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
