Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest experiences at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work across variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.
Typical shift times are 9:00am - 5:30pm, with flexibility to adapt during peak periods.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a range of treatments from our menu, primarily massage-based.
- Responding to guest queries and booking appointments, offering suitable treatment recommendations.
- Maintaining a welcoming salon environment.
- Contributing to spa promotion and upselling beauty products and treatments.
- Ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Previous salon experience is desired, with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy being essential for this position.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are also required.
