Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Darwin Escapes, a leading provider of luxury holiday experiences. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of treatments to our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of treatments, including massage, facials, and body wraps, to ensure our guests receive a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
- Provide expert advice on suitable treatments and products to enhance our guests' spa experience.
- Ensure the spa area is clean, organized, and appealing to our guests.
- Actively promote our spa services and products to increase sales and revenue.
- Upsell beauty products and treatments to our guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is highly desirable.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy is essential for this role.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are required to provide a high level of service to our guests.
