We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional treatments and provide outstanding customer service at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work across variable days, including weekends and bank holidays. Typical shift times are 9:00am - 5:30pm, with flexibility to adapt during peak periods.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Performing a range of treatments, primarily massage-based, to meet guest expectations.
• Responding to queries, booking appointments, and advising guests on suitable treatments.
• Maintaining a welcoming and appealing salon environment.
• Actively promoting the spa and its services.
• Upselling beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
• Ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Previous salon experience is desired, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
