Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established client specialising in the refurbishment of void properties and main contracting services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team at their East Kilbride office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all costs relating to building projects
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Evaluate and negotiate sub-contractor contracts
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor and control cost variations
- Prepare final accounts and oversee interim payments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, refurbishment, or main contracting
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction contracts
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary between £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
- Company car or car allowance
