Cost Estimation and Control Expert

We are seeking a Cost Estimation and Control Expert to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, preparing detailed quantity requirements, and monitoring construction budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
- Review and update project costs as the construction work progresses.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
