Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our telecommunications projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company objectives.
* Facilitate reviews and resolve issues with cross-functional groups and external firms.
* Demonstrate superior performance in resolving critical issues while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs.
* Manage vendor relationships and understand standard practices in the Telecommunications industry.
* Ensure all project programmes are issued and up to date.
* Deliver projects on time, to budget, meeting client quality standards and required functionality.
* Formulate and manage budgets for all contracts under your control, ensuring effective cost control and meeting financial objectives.
* Promote and deliver company aims, meeting or exceeding quality levels and customer support objectives.
* Develop and deliver Service Level Agreements for each project and sub-contractor contract.
* Measure and monitor service delivery effectiveness against agreed Service Level Agreements.
* Administer formal management and reporting procedures.
* Ensure safe systems of work are in place for all operations, managing and addressing Health & Safety requirements.
* Suggest and implement improvements and innovations in service delivery.
* Ensure client satisfaction.
Health & Safety Obligations:
* Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures.
* Ensure programmes for contracts are successfully delivered in a Safe, Quality and On Time manner.
* Adopt and develop a 'Right First Time' culture throughout the business.
* Drive compliance to regulatory measures applicable to works and operations.
* Ensure contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure.
* Manage Client relationships within client organisations across all areas.
* Sponsor new ways of working to improve delivery and service, supporting activities to implement change.
Requirements:
* Significant Project Management experience in 2G / 3G / 4G project deployments in Telecommunications environment.
* Thorough understanding and implementation of project lifecycle and delivery.
* Excellent project planning and project management skills.
* Capable of managing large and complex projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong vendor management experience.
* A third level education is desirable.
