Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Harvest Operations Assistant at Frontier Agriculture Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile seed processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company vehicles to farms to process farm saved seed
  • Assist with setting up and operating the seed processing plant
  • Check the quality of bags to be filled and liaise with operators to maintain good stock levels
  • Ensure the site and machinery are clean, tidy, and health and safety processes are adhered to
  • Establish good and safe working practices and provide a high level of service and customer care

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is required, but agricultural, engineering, or grain handling experience would be advantageous
  • A full UK driving license is required for this role
