We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited.

About the Role:

  • Assist in managing operations within the home to achieve goals and ensure high-quality care.
  • Oversee care staff and assume full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments of residents and ensure care plans and daily records are up-to-date.
  • Foster effective communication with residents' families and other organizations.

Requirements:

  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Ability to engage with service users and provide excellent care services.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
