About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Software Development team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach development teams on Scrum principles and practices, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support to deliver their work.
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure the team is working on the right priorities and delivering value to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain agile metrics reports to provide visibility into team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) projects.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working with agile tools, including Jira or Confluence.
  • Master's Degree or above preferred.
  • Experience within the iGaming/sports betting/online casino/sportsbook industry.
  • Ability to navigate collaboration tools such as GitLabs, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Trello, Zoom, and GSuite.
  • Experience with improving efficiency and process development on software development teams.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, collaborative work environment to achieve consensus.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, comprehend the intent of a client's needs, and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities.
