Renal Technical Services Role at Swansea Bay University Health Board
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board as part of the Renal Technical Services. As a member of our highly skilled team, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to renal patients in various clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance and support for renal devices in clinical settings, ensuring optimal functionality and patient safety.
- Plan and prioritize work assignments to meet the needs of the Renal Technical Services team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of renal equipment, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualification or knowledge in medical device management or quality assurance.
- Experience in equipment repair or maintenance, with a focus on renal devices.
- Knowledge of IT systems and their application in a clinical setting.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a focus on renal technical services.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation in a healthcare setting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
