Account Management Team Lead

The role of the Team Lead is to drive commercial growth for our SMB restaurant partners in the Flemish-speaking region. As the Account Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Account Managers to achieve business objectives and provide an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients. We offer a hybrid working arrangement two days a week and competitive benefits to support your well-being.
About the Role
- Manage a team of 10-15 Account Managers with varying levels of expertise
- Develop and implement a performance management framework to ensure team success
- Collaborate with the Head of Account Management EU to set departmental targets and goals
- Coach team members through regular 1:1 and bi-annual reviews to identify development needs
- Monitor team performance and output through data analysis to set or adjust targets
- Partner with Learning and Development to ensure training content is relevant and valuable
- Represent the SMB Account Management team on projects and other assignments to ensure representation
- Provide management information reports to assist with decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience managing teams of over 10 people with varying skill levels
- Fluency in Flemish and English with excellent communication skills
- Technical skills in Salesforce or High Velocity Sales
