Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Support: Offer mental health support to children with SEMH needs in schools across the region.
  • Individualised Care: Work with children with ASC, complex learning disabilities, and EHCPs to develop tailored support plans.
  • Collaborate: Be part of a supportive local authority dedicated to delivering personalised support for each child.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Challenge and support each student to achieve their best, regardless of their needs.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Use effective behaviour management techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support Growth: Assist students in their personal and academic development.
