As a Graduate Digital Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and configuring smart devices, PCs, and printers to help our clients achieve their goals.

About the Role

This exciting 12-month fixed-term graduate trainee opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and want to utilise their skills in handling computer hardware. As a Digital Field Engineer, you will be responsible for handling computer hardware, supporting and configuring smart devices, PCs, and printers, as well as coordinating with our towers team for end-user-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration of barcode scanners, printers, and other smart devices
  • Coordinate with our towers team for end-user-related activities
  • Log on to plant floor applications, check log files, and handle monitoring tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of hardware and software computer applications, as well as knowledge of Windows Server, manufacturing shop floor devices, and network and device troubleshooting.
